1. To request availability for your preferred dates at Islas Secas and receive a price quote, call 800-377-8877 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 24 hours, seeking additional information about the specifics of your stay and then prepare a quote for you based on the information provided to us.
2. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. When you're ready to book, we'll send the appropriate form for your preferred payment method (credit card or electronic transfer). Once your deposit payment is received, we'll send a confirmation email with reservation specifics and statement showing a credit for your deposit payment and the balance due (to be paid within 75 days prior to your arrival at Islas Secas Resort).
3. Two weeks prior to the 75-day mark, we will send a balance-due reminder via email. If your deposit was paid by credit card, we'll notify you that the balance will be charged to your credit card account. Upon receipt of balance payment, we'll send a final statement along with a guest information sheet and waiver for you to complete and return.
