2. We will respond within 24 hours, seeking additional information about the specifics of your stay.
3. Based on the info you provide and availability, we'll send a quote within 24 hours of receiving your response, requesting a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
4. Within 48 hours of providing your quote, we'll follow up to answer any additional questions you may have.
5. When you're ready to book, we'll send the appropriate form for your preferred payment method (credit card or electronic transfer).
6. Once deposit payment is received, we'll send a confirmation email with reservation specifics and an invoice for your balance (due 60 days prior to your arrival at Islas Secas Resort).
7. Two weeks prior to the 60-day mark, we will send a balance-due reminder via email. If your deposit was paid by credit card, we'll notify you that the balance will be charged to your credit card account.
8. Upon receipt of balance payment, we'll send a final statement along with a guest information sheet and waiver for you to complete and return.
