Testimonials

We had a great time at Islas Secas. I have to say that it is one of the finest operations we have experienced. I have traveled with this same group all over the world...Argentina, Brazil, Bahamas, Belize, New Zealand, Mexico etc. and we all agree that this was our favorite location.

Carter has done an amazing job of getting this operation to a top level in a very short period of time...

We will be back!

Sincerely,
Brian Grossenbacher

Islas Secas, the best of the best for blue water, inshore, multi-species, multi-tackle, yellowfin tuna, dorado, cubera snapper, big jacks, travalley, wahoo, grouper, marlin, sails, wow, just got back, still shaking.

Incredible accommodations, hospitality beyond description, the best food in the business, guides who love fishing more than you do, new and lovely gear, boats to die for, your own island, really.

I would like to tell you that I owned a fly fishing lodge...for thirty years, as well as having the privilege to be a guest at some the of world's great lodges over the years. As an avid angler, this is the finest angling adventure I have ever had.

I have been in this business all my life, and this was the wildest fishing I have ever had - get ready to break some gear!

Best Fishes,
David Decker

Islas Secas Reserve and Resort offers anglers proximity to some of the very best fishing grounds on earth, but it also manages to pull off the feat of combining great fishing with gourmet dining and superb service, in a laid-back, gorgeous tropical setting. This combination creates a total fishing experience that's absolutely first rate.

Islas Secas could also be called Fantasy Islands; this is by far the most unique fishing operation I have ever been to. The first class setting and service, combined with world renowned fishing, Carter's staff and equipment, make Islas Secas possibly the finest blue water fishing operation in the world. Go..."
