HONEYMOON SPECIAL
All guests paying the US$ rate above may take advantage of the bonus
night specials as outlined.
Bonafide HONEYMOONERS may choose to pay for EIGHT nights and get
TWO more FREE of charge.
Proof of recent marriage is required. We reserve the right to impose
full charges if this condition cannot be met.
RATES ARE QUOTED IN US$ AND EXCLUDE TAX
Nightly accommodation charge includes private ocean front casita,
ALL meals, beverages, excursions (except Professional Fishing Charters),
snorkeling and kayaking around the island.
QUALIFYING INDIVIDUALS
Sorry, no children under 10 years of age are permitted. All guests are
approved at the discretion of the management.
NIGHTLY ACCOMMODATION CHARGE
Minimum stay is 4 nights. (Based on guest response we do not recommend
a stay of less than 5 nights.
Average stay is 6-7 nights. (70% of our honeymooners stay 10 nights).
Rates based on double occupancy.

EXCURSIONS INCLUDING DIVING, SURFING, AND
ISLAND BOAT TRIPS (when available)

SPA SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL SPORT FISHING
(when available)
Spa Services range from $30 to $100. Prices are approximate and
subject to change. Professional Sport Fishing Charters begin at
$800 per day and include gourmet lunch.
TRANSPORTATION
Scheduled air transportation from Albrook Airport, Panama City to Islas Secas by private plane is $850 per person.
Other flights or destinations may be arranged.
RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
The prices which are quoted are subject to change and may vary for
events beyond our control.
DAILY TARIFF
Payment of the tariff entitles you to your own individual ocean-front
Casita, transportation to and from Islas Secas from Panama City
or David, complimentary participation in all activities on the island
and snorkeling and kayaking around the island, boat excursions including
scuba diving and surfing excursions, and all food and beverages.
Personal expenditure such as telephones, faxes, massages, shop purchases
and additional transportation to and from the Islands during your
stay are not included.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $1000 per Casita is payable within 7 days of confirmation
of reservation. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to
have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if the
deposit is not received within seven days of the booking being made.
BALANCE
The balance of the billing (including transfer charges) is to be
received by us at least 45 days prior to the first day of your stay
with us. As our accommodation is limited, if we do not receive the
balance by the due date, we may assume that you have cancelled your
proposed stay with us.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made and received by the Company IN WRITING
either by telex or fax.
More than 60 days notice: Cancellations received more than 60 days
prior to arrival do not incur a cancellation fee;
46-59 days notice: Cancellation fee will be forfeiture of whole
deposit;
45 days or less and more than 14 days notice: 50% cancellation fee
for every night cancelled;
Less than 14 days notice: 100% cancellation fee for every night
cancelled.
No Shows or days not used resulting from late arrival or premature
departureno refund will be given.
Please note our recommendations regarding appropriate insurance
protection.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
In the event of a last minute booking made in Panama, payment method
is to be prearranged with our Reservations manager, and full payment
for the visit must be made before travel to the islands.
DAYS NOT USED
No refund or credit will be given in whole or in part for days not
used at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance
policy at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying
you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death,
loss of baggage and
personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
RESPONSIBILITY
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss of or
damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with
us, or during your participation in any of our Activities. Please
also be aware that for your safety you are to follow any directions
which may be given to you whilst you are staying with us or participating
in any of our activities. We will not accept responsibility for
any injuries which occur during your stay with us or your participation
in our activities. Guests participating in scuba diving activities
are required to sign an indemnity release form prior to instruction/diving.
We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense
or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events
outside our control such as late arrival of International flights,
civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts
of God, acts of government, acts of terrorism, or the failure of
any machinery or equipment.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are covered in all respects by the Laws
of Panama and any legal action arising under the contract shall
be litigated only in the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in
that country.
