The cuisine prepared by our Chef Alexander Rojas and his staff is best described as a creative fusion of international and local Panamanian dishes which continuously surprises our guests: chicken, fish, meat, fruits, vegetables and other fresh-sourced seasonal delights. All complemented by a range of good wines and beverages. One of our guests recently summed up the dining experience by saying, “I came for the fishing, I stayed for the food”!
Breakfast is served à la carte and there is also a variety of baked and dairy goods, fresh fruits, juices and smoothies. Lunch and dinner consist of three-course meals and can be enjoyed either at the open-air Terraza or in the Terraza dining room. Guests on the go can request packed breakfasts and lunches.
